Not quite the same as OE
The OE part has nuts welded to the flange joining the back box to the centre section, this replacement part is missing those nuts despite what the picture shows.
Also looking at the hangers, the bar going through the rubber hangars is longer than that of the OE part, which therefore allows the back box to slide over from side to side a little too far and knock against some of the bodywork under the car.
